Description
Stand with your back against a wall, feet slightly away from the wall. Bend your elbows to 90 degrees and raise your arms, keeping your elbows, wrists, and back of your hands in contact with the wall. Slowly slide your arms up and down the wall.
Progression
Increase the range of motion, hold the top position longer
Feel sensation
Activation of the muscles between the shoulder blades and gentle stretch in the chest.
Common mistakes
Letting arms come off the wall, arching the lower back
