Upper Trapezius
Description
Sit or stand tall. Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder. You can use your hand to gently add pressure.
Progression
Increase the tilt, hold for longer
Feel sensation
Gentle pulling sensation on the side of the neck.
Common mistakes
Shrugging the shoulder, forcing the stretch
