Upper Back Child's Pose (with variations)

Latissimus Dorsi, Erector Spinae, Rhomboids

Description

Start on your hands and knees. Bring your big toes together and sit your hips back towards your heels. Reach your arms forward, lowering your chest towards the floor. (Variations: wide knees, knees together, arms by your sides)

Progression

Reach arms further forward, hold for longer, try different variations

Feel sensation

Gentle stretch in the upper back, lower back, and shoulders.

Not keeping hips back, not relaxing the shoulders
