Standing Toe-Touch with Rotation

Biceps femoris, Semitendinosus, Semimembranosus, obliques

Description

Start standing. Bend at hips towards the floor and reach your right hand towards your left foot. Return to an upright position, switch sides

Progression

Increase the range of the rotation, or do it faster

Feel sensation

Gentle pulling sensation in the back of the thighs and a twist through your core.

Common mistakes

Bending to much the knees, arching the back.
