Description
Stand facing a slightly elevated surface like a step or curb, place heel on the surface. Keeping Leg straight hinge from the hip, by pushing them backwards.
Progression
Increase the height of the step, increase hip hinge
Feel sensation
Increased pulling sensation behind the leg.

Bending the knee, arching the back
