Spiderman Stretch

Iliopsoas, Hamstrings, Adductors

Description

Start in a push-up position. Step one foot forward to the outside of your hand on the same side. Keep your back leg straight.

Progression

Sink hips lower, alternate sides

Feel sensation

Stretch in the hip flexor of the back leg and the groin of the front leg.

Common mistakes

Not keeping back leg straight, rounding the back
