Description

Stand or sit tall. Slowly roll your shoulders forward in a circular motion, then backward.

Progression

Increase the range of motion, increase repetitions

Feel sensation

Gentle loosening sensation in the shoulders and upper back.

Common mistakes

Shrugging the shoulders too high, moving too quickly
