Description
While seated in a chair, cross your right ankle over your left knee. Keeping your back straight, lean forward until you feel a stretch in your right hip and glute.
Progression
Lean further, or hold for a longer time.

Feeling a stretch on the Glute.
Common mistakes
Rounding your back, or pushing on your knee joint.
