Adductor Magnus, Adductor Longus, Adductor Brevis

Description

Lie on your side with a resistance band looped around your ankles. Keep your bottom leg straight. Lift your top leg up against the resistance of the band.

Progression

Increase band resistance, increase repetitions

Feel sensation

Activation and burning sensation in the inner thigh.

Common mistakes

Rotating the hips, not keeping body aligned
