Description
Stand with feet wider than hip-width apart. Raise your Right arm overhead and lean over to your left side. Hold the strech

Lean more, hold for a longer duration

Feeling the pulling on your side, close to your lower back.
Common mistakes
Bend forwards or backwards, not keeping a straight line with you body.
