Description
Stand facing a wall. Place both your hands on the wall, keep your back straight and lean towards the wall into your chest.
Progression
Increase the lean, hold for longer, vary arm position (higher or lower)

Gentle stretch across the upper part of your chest.

Arching the back, not engaging the core
