Lying Hip Flexor Stretch

Iliopsoas, Rectus Femoris

Description

Lie on your back near the edge of a bed or table. Let the leg on that side hang down off of the bed.

Progression

Increase how much the leg is hanging, gently pull it down

Feel sensation

Gentle stretch in the front of the hip

Common mistakes

Arching the back to much
