Iliopsoas, Rectus Femoris, Hamstrings

Description

Stand tall, holding onto a wall for balance if needed. Swing one leg forward and backward, keeping it relatively straight.

Progression

Increase the height of the swing, do more repetitions

Feel sensation

Gentle loosening sensation in the hip flexor and hamstring.

Common mistakes

Bending the knee too much, swinging the torso
