Description
Place your hand on your forehead. Gently press your forehead into your hand while resisting any movement with your neck muscles. Hold for a few seconds.
Progression
Hold longer, or increase the resistance.
Feel sensation
Feeling the activation of the muscles on the front of the neck.
Common mistakes
Pressing to hard, not maintaining neutral neck position
