Gastrocnemius, Soleus

Description

Sit on the floor with legs extended, and place the foam roller under your calves. Use your hands to lift your hips off the floor and roll back and forth from just below the knee to just above the ankle.

Progression

Control the presure, find and hold in tender points.

Feel sensation

It should be slightly painfull in a good way.

Common mistakes

Moving to fast, not finding and holding on tender spots.
