Doorway Chest Stretch

Pectoralis Major, Anterior Deltoid

Description

Stand in a doorway. Place your forearms on the door frame at shoulder height. Lean forward until you feel a stretch in your chest and front of your shoulders.

Progression

Increase the lean, hold for longer

Feel sensation

Gentle stretch in the chest and front of the shoulders.

Common mistakes

Arching the back, not keeping core engaged
