Description

Reach one arm across your body. Use your other hand to gently pull the arm closer to your chest.

Progression

Increase the pull, hold for longer

Feel sensation

Gentle pulling sensation in the back of the shoulder.

Common mistakes

Pulling on the elbow joint, shrugging the shoulder
