Corner Stretch

Pectoralis Major, Pectoralis Minor, Anterior Deltoid

Description

Stand facing a corner. Place your forearms on each wall, elbows slightly below shoulder height. Lean into the corner until you feel a stretch in your chest.

Progression

Increase the lean, hold for longer, vary arm position

Feel sensation

Stretch across the chest and front of the shoulders.

Common mistakes

Rounding the upper back, arching the lower back
