Chin Tucks

Deep Cervical Flexors (Longus Colli, Longus Capitis)

Description

Sit or stand tall. Gently tuck your chin towards your chest, as if making a double chin. Hold briefly, then release.

Progression

Increase hold time, increase repetitions

Feel sensation

Gentle activation of the muscles at the front of the neck.

Forcing the chin down, not keeping the head level
