Child's Pose

Latissimus Dorsi, Erector Spinae, Gluteus Maximus

Description

Start on your hands and knees. Bring your big toes together and sit your hips back towards your heels. Reach your arms forward, lowering your chest towards the floor.

Progression

Reach arms further forward, hold for longer

Feel sensation

Gentle stretch in the lower back, lats, and hips.

Not keeping hips back, not relaxing the shoulders
