Description

Stand with feet hip-width apart. Rise up onto the balls of your feet, lifting your heels. Slowly lower back down.

Progression

Increase repetitions, add weight, perform on a slightly elevated surface (like a step)

Feel sensation

Burning sensation in the calves.

Common mistakes

Not going through full range of motion, rushing the movement
