Description

Stand with arms extended to the sides. Make small circles with your arms, gradually increasing the size. Then, reverse the direction.

Progression

Increase the size of the circles, increase repetitions

Feel sensation

Gentle warming and loosening sensation in the shoulders.

Flapping the arms, not controlling the movement
