Adductor Butterfly Stretch

Adductor Magnus, Adductor Longus, Adductor Brevis, Gracilis, Pectineus

Description

Sit on the floor with the soles of your feet together, knees bent out to the sides. Gently press down on your knees with your elbows or hands.

Progression

Increase the pressure, hold for longer, bring heels closer to groin

Feel sensation

Gentle stretch in the inner thighs and groin.

Common mistakes

Forcing the knees down, rounding the back
